If you have lost your access code, recovery is not possible. The 24-word anonymous code is an essential security feature, acting as the only way to access and manage your NymVPN plan. It provides end-to-end security by allowing only the person with this code to access their plan. NymVPN does not store your access code, meaning that it cannot be retrieved for you if it's lost.
